About me
Hi! I’m Rebecca Rothenhoefer, a CliftonStrengths coach, leadership development partner and learning strategist who helps leaders reconnect with their value, voice, and inner wisdom. I’ve spent my career helping individuals and teams learn and grow, drawing on years of experience in performance, leadership, and talent development across both large financial institutions and smaller organizations.
And, I’m a natural collaborator (WOO & Communication strengths) — I love learning who my clients are at their core, what they care about, and how we can work together to create the conditions they need to thrive. My work blends business acumen, CliftonStrengths, trauma‑informed practices, somatic awareness, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and leadership development to help people shift from “pushing through” to leading with presence, purpose, and alignment — creating cultures where people feel grounded, capable, and fully alive. Within every person is a still point — a grounded, steady place that knows what matters. I support clients as they slow down, listen inward, and move forward from that deeper wisdom.
As someone who has thrived beyond childhood sexual abuse, I understand how hard it can be to recognize your value and worth. Discovering CliftonStrengths became a turning point in my healing—helping me name, claim and trust my natural gifts. I'm passionate about uplifting trauma survivors and helping them embrace their strengths, honor their story, and step into the most empowered version of themselves.
I am a certified coach through the Center for Creative Leadership and the International Coaching Federation; additionally, I received CliftonSrengths certification from Gallup while working for PNC Bank. My mission is to support individuals and organizations as they transform how they work, lead, and collaborate so they can achieve meaningful personal and professional goals with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
I reside near Frederick, MD; my deepest peace and greatest joys are surrounding myself in the beauty of creation (love hiking!), creativity (knitting and ice dyeing), my faith, family, friends and having strengths conversations with anyone willing to dive in.
What I believe:
Coaching is not about fixing what’s wrong, but about amplifying what’s already strong to create meaningful pathways toward success.
At the heart of my work is the conviction that everyone has the capacity to lead—in work, in life, in family, and in community.
Transformation requires deep inner work; this is the only way to change limiting beliefs and stop habits that no longer serve.
